Returns & exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and we process all returns and refunds within 5 business days once we have received the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and questions
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

If it is the case that you do not want the item you purchased or you select the wrong item, you are responsible for the shipping charges incurred. So please double-check the product information, before purchase. We really appreciate your patience.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on last sale items, freebies or gift cards.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If it is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

However, make sure to update the tracking number & logistics company in the Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you send your return.

We process all returns and refunds within 5 business days, but delays may occur due to limited staffing.

Additional remarks
Please note that we do not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes, except if the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you, if the package is lost or damaged, etc.

You must not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. Our after-sales warehouse is in the USA and Hong Kong where we receive and process the returned products. However, we are now trying to set up more warehouses for returns in other countries.

Currently, Crafty-Clayworks has not authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchase in another third party is out of our warranty.

Get a refund for an item purchased as part of a BOGO campaign
When you purchase items as part of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the cheapest item and then applied proportionally to each individual item. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each individual item.

Return policy for Black Friday / Cyber Monday
All orders placed with one of our Black Friday / Cyber Monday discount codes can only be returned for store credit, no exchanges or refunds. If you purchase an item that is marked as a final sale, the item is not eligible for any type of return. We do not offer price adjustments for any previous orders.
